These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.fortuneinvestment.in (the "Site"), operated by Fortune Investment Services Private Limited ("FISPL", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

FISPL is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN: 197457), registered with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI) for Portfolio Management Services (APRN04093), and holds an active Alternative Investments / Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) license. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, and nothing on this Site should be read as claiming otherwise.

2. Informational Purpose Only

The content on this Site, including articles, calculators, market commentary, and descriptions of our services, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute, and should not be construed as, personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security or scheme, or a binding offer of any kind. Nothing on the Site takes into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance.

Any tools on the Site, such as the SIP or lumpsum wealth calculators, use illustrative assumptions and are meant to help you think through goals directionally. They are not projections, guarantees, or promises of actual investment outcomes.

4. Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) and SIF Content

Any content on the Site relating to Category I, II, or III Alternative Investment Funds, or to Specialized Investment Funds, is general and educational in nature. It is not, and must not be construed as, a public invitation or solicitation to subscribe to units of any AIF or SIF, which under SEBI's AIF Regulations may only be offered through private placement. Any actual subscription discussion takes place directly between you and our team, outside the public content of this Site.

5. Consultation Requests and Scheduling

Forms on the Site allow you to request a consultation or book an appointment. Submitting a form does not create any client relationship, advisory relationship, or contractual obligation between you and FISPL. A relationship begins only once we have separately onboarded you in accordance with our internal compliance and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.

6. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site links to, or embeds, third-party services including Calendly for scheduling, WhatsApp for messaging, and a chat assistant built on Google's Generative AI (Gemini) platform. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services.

Responses generated by the "Mini FIS" chat assistant are produced by an automated system and are provided for general informational convenience only. They are not personalized financial advice and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete; where a chat response conflicts with this Site's published content or with information from our team directly, the latter controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of FISPL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FISPL harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without prejudice to your rights under the SEBI SCORES portal or the SMART ODR mechanism referenced on this Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
